The application of a management system in the company leads to many advantages in terms of organization and, as a consequence, it allows to reach a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness, reducing costs due to inefficiencies in business processes. The aim is to maintain unaltered the production practice, where possible, in order to minimize the employment of internal resources and to limit as much as possible the times for the achievement of the certification.
METHODOLOGY
Intervention Project
This activity generates the layout, the structure and the design of the Management system. It consists in the execution, by our team, of a “check-up” in the company, through which they recognize, survey and evaluate the characteristics relating to the organization, to the responsibilities for functions, to the resources involved in the System, to the gaps between the existing organization and the requirements of the applicable regulations. Basing on the check-up, on the organizational structure of the Company and on the goals expected by the Management of the company, the team of consultants identifies the responsibilities of each function with respect to the normative model of reference and the procedures to be adapted or performed; the team also sets the program of implementation of the Management System specifying activities, responsibilities and timesheets.
Implementation of the intervention
The team of consultants, in collaboration with the staff of the Company, provides for the execution of the planned activities, which normally are the following:
- Preparation of the documents of the Management System (Manual, Procedures, Operative Instructions, Forms), which are produced by organized interviews with the managers of the various functions of the company;
- Application of the documents of the Management System, that allows to take control both of the contents of the documents both of the requirements of the regulations applicable to the activities gradually developed;
- Involvement and training of the personnel of the company, through planned interventions at appropriate stages of the process;
- Implementation of “Internal Audits “for monitoring the application of the Management System, carried out by other consultants, other than those who designed and realized the system, to guarantee independence and objectivity of judgment;
- Assistance in the certification process.
One of our consultants will be present during the inspection visit of the Certification Body selected by the Company. Concerning the certification scheme ISO 50001:2011 we are Qualified Consultants at international level for conducting energy audit.
